SATURDAY’S RESULTS:
WOE UNITED and TENGEYKOPE AIR FORCE STARS MAKE IT TO ROUND OF 64
During the weekend, the people of Keta welcomed the ongoing Duamenefa Regional Tournament at Keta Senior High School park; KETASCO.
Six matches were played and the results saw Woe United leading the table with nine well-earned points at the end of their three matches. The Tengeykope Air Force Stars followed them with six points with seven goals.
Whuti Osborn FC and Bomigo Shining were eliminated from entering the knockout stage, although they played well, only saw one point each by the end of their series of matches.
We were graced with the presence of Togbui Kpemini Gawu of Whuti, Agbotadua Kumassah of Vui, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Keta, Hon Goodwin Edudzi Effah, Council of State member, His Eminence Seth Francis Nyonyo, Dumegah Ekpe of Anloga and others in attendance.
