Duamenefa Foundation Let us coexist in peace together

Torgbui Tortsofia VII has called on the general public to support the vision of the Duamenefa Foundation and its Executive President, Mr. Ketaman Evortepe Emmanuel, for his tireless efforts in promoting peace in communities. He made this appeal during the 2:00 PM news bulletin on Fafaa 100.3 FM, hosted by Abass Seidu.
Speaking on behalf of Torgbiga Adzonugaga Amenya Fiti V, the Paramount Chief of the Aflao Traditional Area and President of the Council of Chiefs, Torgbui Tortsofia VII expressed his admiration for the Foundation’s mission and urged the public to unite in order to help achieve its goals. He said unity is essential to ensure that the vision of the Foundation is accomplished and that the powerful peace messages being delivered by the Executive President do not go in vain.
He confirmed that the Council of Chiefs has received the official invitation to attend the upcoming Duamenefa Grand Durbar, which is scheduled to take place on October 18, 2025, at the Dzodze-Penyi SHS Park. However, he revealed that on that same date, members of the Council would be attending a previously arranged meeting, which makes it impossible for some of them to be physically present at the durbar. Despite this, the Council has arranged for representatives who will be present at the event to stand in for them.
Torgbui Tortsofia VII further emphasized that upon returning from their official engagement, the chiefs will visit the Executive President of the Duamenefa Foundation, Mr. Ketaman Evortepe Emmanuel, at his office to express their appreciation and support in person.
He encouraged all people within the Aflao Traditional Area and the wider Volta Region to participate actively in the Duamenefa Grand Durbar and to support the ongoing peace-building efforts led by the Foundation. He explained that such unity and commitment from the public are necessary to help sustain the Foundation’s vision of transforming lives and building peaceful communities.
The Duamenefa Grand Durbar, scheduled for October 18, 2025, at Dzodze-Penyi SHS Park, is expected to attract thousands of attendees from across the region and beyond. It is a major cultural and peace-centered event that celebrates the Foundation’s impactful work in conflict resolution, community engagement, and social intervention.
The Duamenefa Foundation, under the leadership of Mr. Ketaman Evortepe Emmanuel, has become a household name in the Volta Region and beyond for its dedication to restoring peace in troubled communities, resolving disputes through traditional and civic engagement, and promoting unity and development.
The traditional ruler concluded by urging everyone to take part in this special movement, reminding the public that their support is crucial in ensuring the continued success and impact of the Duamenefa Foundation.
