Duamenefa Foundation Let us coexist in peace together

The countdown has begun for the much-anticipated Duamenefa Grand Durbar 2025, set to take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Dzodze Penyi Senior High School Park. With only a few days to go, preparations are in full swing as the Duamenefa Foundation begins distributing official invitation letters to stakeholders, traditional leaders, and other key dignitaries.
Community leaders across the Volta Region have expressed their readiness and enthusiasm for the celebration, declaring their full support and participation in what is shaping up to be one of the largest gatherings of the year.
The Grand Durbar coincides with the final match of the Duamenefa Regional Tournament, an event that draws thousands of spectators and participants from across Ghana and beyond. Football clubs that have successfully advanced to the finals will compete for the championship, with attractive prize packages available up to the third and fourth positions.
But the event is more than just football. It is a vibrant cultural celebration that brings together people from all walks of life to promote peace, unity, and social impact. One of the highlights of the day will be the donation of sewing machines to deserving single parents and persons with disabilities, courtesy of Treasures of His Eyes in collaboration with the Duamenefa Foundation.
In addition to the sports and humanitarian activities, this year’s Grand Durbar will feature performances by multiple popular musicians, promising an electrifying musical experience for attendees. These celebrated artists, known both locally and nationally, will entertain the massive crowd with energetic live performances. The entertainment lineup is expected to draw even more guests from across the country and the diaspora. You definitely don’t want to miss this star-studded celebration.
